A temporary reservation allows you to make a reservation without payment or commitment. A temporary reservation can be made over the phone or by e-mail.
You have 14 days from the time that the temporary reservation was made to confirm the reservation. If the temporary reservation is not confirmed by 18:00 on the 14th day after the temporary reservation was made, the temporary reservation will be cancelled.
If there is another customer wanting to make a reservation while someone else has a temporary reservation, the person who has the temporary reservation will be notified and given priority.
Once you have notified us that you have accepted a reservation, you will receive the contract.
Upon receipt you have 10 days to turn in the contract and the deposit (30% of the total cost).
You then have until 14 days prior to the reservation date to make full payment.
We accept reservations 180 days prior to the desired reservation date.
Please give us a call in the event that you would like to make a long term reservation.
Payment can be made to our specified bank account or credit card
However, in the case of payment by credit card, the full amount must be paid in full at the time of reservation. VISA, MasterCard, JCB issued by CREDIT SAISON are available.
Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes that need to be made to your reservation. Any change in the reservation is subject to availability.
Our cancellation policy takes effect the moment that a reservation is made.
If a cancellation is made greater than 60 days before the reservation date we will keep 30% of the full payment.
If a cancellation is made within 8 to 60 days before the reservation date we will keep 60% of the full payment.
If a cancellation is make within 7 days of the reservation date we reserve the right to keep 100% of the full payment.
If you would like a tour of the venue, please contact us one week prior to the desired tour date. We can be contacted through our inquiry form.
The standard hours of availability for a space is from 10:00 to 19:30. If you would like to use the space outside of the standard hours of availability,please let us know in advance.Loading and unloading should be completed within a given period of time.
Do not allow large groups or individuals that lack discipline or are unsafe into the rental space. Additionally,
it is forbidden to host parties or be noisy in spaces, because those spaces are located in residential areas.
In apartments music can be played to a level that does not bother neighbors and is at a level that is ordinary to an apartment.
You are free to change the layout of the studios, as long as you return it to the original layout.
We cannot add or order any additional furniture that is not already in the studio.
Parking on the street during load and unload is prohibited as it obstructs traffic.
Please be sure to use the nearest paied parking lot.
We do not accept any packages nor can we ship things for you.
We do not have a parking place reserved for this specific proprty.
We recommend that you use paid parking.
Our space is a non-smoking area.
We have seen many people smoking on the streets near our space.
Please refrain from smoking on the street or in the vicinity.
Also, fire is strictly prohibited, but it is okay to generate heat when plugged into an electrical outlet.
In that case, please be very careful. In the event of a fire, you will be billed for the cost of the fire.
We allow food and drinks into our rental spaces, but we ask that you be respectful to those renting after you and refrain from bringing in food that has a strong odor.
We cannot allow any alcohol to be brought into our rental space.
We ask that you remove all garbage.
In the event that it is impossible for you to dispose of your garbage we will dispose of it for you at a cost of ￥500 for a 45L bag.
We also ask that you properly separate the garbage into Recyclable, Non-recyclable, plastic bottles, bottles, cans, and cardboards.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like a long-term reservation and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Additionally, if you would like to use our facilities on a regular basis please ask.
