Please read them before contacting us.

What is your available time for using your space?

The standard hours of availability for our space is from 10:00 to 19:30.
If you would like to use the space outside of the standard hours of availability, please let us know in advance.
Loading and unloading should be completed within a given period of time.

Do you accept an extension of time?

Sure. Please let us know in advance, if you would like to extend the time of usage.
If the space has not been made a following reservation, an extension of time will be accepted.
However, please note that we have to refuse the offer in some cases.

Is there a parking space in your space?

We don’t have a parking space reserved for this specific property.
We recommend that you use a paid parking lot.

Is there a place we can smoke?

Our space is a non-smoking area.
We have seen many people smoking on the streets near our space.
Please refrain from smoking on the street or in the vicinity.
Also, fire is strictly prohibited, but it is okay to generate heat when plugged into an electrical outlet.
In that case, please be very careful. In the event of a fire, you will be billed for the cost of the fire.

Is it allowed to bring food and drinks into your space?

We allow food and drinks into our rental spaces, but we ask that you will be respectful to those renting after you and refrain from bringing food that has a strong odor.
We can not allow any alcohol to be brought into our rental spaces.

How can we make a payment?

PPayment can be made to our specified bank account or credit card.
However, in the case of payment by credit card, the full amount must be paid in full at the time of reservation. VISA, MasterCard, JCB issued by CREDIT SAISON are available.

Is it possible to change the layout of your space?

You are free to change the layout of the studios, as long as you return it to the original layout.

How can we dispose of our garbage?

We ask that you remove all garbage.
In the event that it is impossible for you to dispose of your garbage we will dispose of it for you at a cost of ¥500 for a 45L bag.
We also ask that you properly separate the garbage into Recyclable, Non-recyclable, plastic bottles, 
bottles, cans, and cardboards.

Do you have any restriction to usage?

We don’t allow large groups or individuals that lack discipline or are unsafe into the rental space.
Additionally, it is forbidden to host parties or be noisy in spaces, because those spaces are located in residential areas.

Is it allowed to park a vehicle at the entrance when we are loading or unloading?

Parking on the street during load and unload is prohibited as it obstructs traffic.
Please be sure to use the nearest paied parking lot.

Is it possible to visit and observe your space?

If you would like to visit and observe our spaces, please contact us one week prior to the desired tour date.
We can be contacted through our inquiry form.

Is it allowed to play music?

In apartments music can be played to a level that does not bother neighbors and is at a level that is ordinary to an apartment.

Please let me know about cancellation fee.

Our cancellation policy takes effect the moment that a reservation is made.
If a cancellation is made greater than 60 days before the reservation date, we will keep 30% of the full payment.
If a cancellation is made within 8 to 60 days before the reservation date, we will keep 60% of the full payment.
If a cancellation is make within 7 days of the reservation date, we reserve the right to keep 100% of the full payment.

Can we ask you to receive packages or ship things?

We do not accept any packages nor can we ship things for you.

Is it possible to use your space on a long-term basis?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like a long-term reservation and we will get back to you soon.
Additionally, if you would like to use our facilities on a regular basis, please ask.

Is it possible to add or order any additional furniture?

We can not add or order any additional furniture that is not already in the studio.
If you really need to add some, please arrange for an order from a furniture rental company by yourself.
